Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be unworn or unused, with original tags attached.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Fastest Exchange Method: The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you currently have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately.
Mandatory Requirement: You must create a video of unboxing upon receiving the order to be eligible for claims regarding damages or defects.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (beauty products, hygiene items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Refunds & Replacements
Once we have received and inspected your return, our Quality Control (QC) team will give a final approval. We will then contact you regarding your refund or replacement options.
Replacement Option
If you opt for a replacement, we will create a new order and adjust the amount you paid for the returned one.
Refund Processing Times
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
The refund will be processed to the Bank account details you provide us within 3 working days after QC approval.
For Prepaid Orders:
Payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days after QC approval. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
